All Lovely Label Co items are handmade to order. We design, cut, weed and prepare your labels once payment is received. Our processing time is approximately 1 – 3 weeks before shipping. Processing times may vary during peak periods – please see our Homepage or Social Media for updates. 

Rush Orders are possible. We process Rush Orders within 3 – 4 business days and then ship via Express Post. You can select Rush Order as your postage option at checkout.

Please note that Rush Orders are only available for listed products at the sizes specified. If you require custom sizing (which takes longer for us to create), please contact us.

Processing time for orders placed during business closures begins from our return date. Closures will be noted on our Homepage and Social Media.

Once you have submitted your order, it will display as ‘processing’ while we work to prepare your order. 

When your order is ‘completed’, this means that your order has left us for delivery and is now on its way to you with Australia Post.

We use premium quality, waterproof, weather resistant vinyl. The vinyl has a high grade, solvent based adhesive that allows for semi-permanent adhesion.  Labels are removable, but not reusable.

We recommended washing with warm soapy water to ensure longevity – do not wash in the dishwasher. Please take care not to soak, scrub or rub at your labels.

Vinyl labels must not be heated in the microwave.

Our labels will adhere to most smooth and flat surfaces. Glass, plastic, wood, mirror and tiles are usually ideal for label application. Labels may not adhere well (or at all) to rough or textured surfaces. Our labels are not compatible with silicone based surfaces.

While we can provide advice regarding suitable surfaces, we cannot guarantee suitability for the product you choose to apply your labels to.

Labels will last for approximately 5 years if cared for as directed. Normal wear and tear will occur.

Our labels come in various sizes. Please check the relevant product listing for sizing.

Yes – most of the labels on our online store are customisable. You select a font and colour and enter the word/s you require when ordering.

Some of our label packs are pre-designed and include specific words – this will be noted in the product listing.

We consider one label to be the words you are going to adhere to one container. For example, ‘Brown Sugar’ would be one label rather than two.

If you need a specific size or unique item and can’t find a suitable product in our online store, please contact us with your requirements. We will be happy to create a custom design for you.
During peak periods, custom orders may be restricted – please check our Homepage or Social Media for updates.

Our Font options change occassionally, so please check our options carefully before placing your order.

If you have placed an order with us previously and want your labels to match, please select 'Match Previous Order' from the font selections. Please also add the relevant Order # and any further details in the Notes field on the cart page.

We do not take responsibility for mismatching orders unless the above steps have been followed.

As we commence creating your labels asap once your order is received, orders cannot be amended. Please take time when ordering and review your order carefully at checkout.

Applying labels requires patience and care. Please read our instructions carefully and view our application video before attempting application.

Labels should be applied and any issues need to be advised within 2 weeks of you receiving your order.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery for Standard Post orders is expected to take approximately 6 – 10 business days. Next Day delivery is expected for Express Post orders. Please note that delivery times may vary and Lovely Label Co is not responsible for Australia Post delays.

You can choose to make payment through AfterPay, Laybuy, Zippay or PayPal at checkout. You can make a secure credit card payment using Paypal without needing a PayPal account. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.

Afterpay, ZipPay and Laybuy are services which allow you to buy now and pay later. These services will allow you to receive your order straight away and make payments to Afterpay, ZipPay or Laybuy later.

Yes – the minimum spend is $20.00 for these payment options.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement for you.
